Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Technician - Senior Level

Position Summary  
The commercial HVAC/R technician is responsible for performing troubleshooting, diagnostic, service, repairs, and maintenance of a variety of Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration equipment including: refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, commercial furnaces, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, humidifiers, capacity controls, semi-hermetic compressors, split systems, and packaged units throughout our service area. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities
-Service of HVAC/R equipment 
-HVAC/R system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
-HVAC/R component replacements 
-Pipe fitting (ability to run copper piping and PVC)
-Preventive maintenance of HVAC/R equipment 
-Perform start up of HVAC/R equipment
-Maintaining company tools, equipment, and vehicle 
-Accurate record keeping, notes, and time 
-Customer service skills 
-Computer skills 
-Other duties to be assigned 

Requirements 
-3-5 years of commercial HVAC/R experience 
-Valid NC driver’s license 
-No DUI, DUID, DWAI convictions in the past 48 months 
-EPA approved Universal Certification (Company is a proctor for exam
-Can successfully pass criminal background check and drug screening
